We've been shopping and got our little boy his first pair of shoes. They are a size 5 which, having spoken to my friend's and my mum, seems like it is quite big for a first pair of shoes. My friends have 2 1/2 year olds and they only have size 6 feet! He can't walk yet but we needed a pair as he crawls around at the park and gets cold feet when he is in the buggy so now he will be nice and toasty.
Here he is with his new shoes on! He tries to say shoes now whenever we put them on or take them off now too. It sort of sounds like this... "Ssshhhhhhhhhsssss".
Wow... my little girl is a size 5 and she turns two in November....She it teeny tiny though... and she hates shoes.... except Crocs! Lx
ReplyDeleteAw, how cute! I think our wee one is going to be a giant! I don't know how though as I am quite petite and my husband isn't that tall. Our little one is off the top of the height chart in his health book! My sis and I were tiny too.
ReplyDeleteGetting your childen's first pair is a real moment, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteI so remember getting my eldest son's first pair. Clark's took a Polaroid photo of him that I still have!!

Hi Sarah, we got them in Clarks too and they took a photo. It's not very good though as they chopped his daddy's head off and he isn't smiling! He was a bit bemused by the whole thing but seems to love his shoes now. I think I've got the subscribe to comments sorted out too, thanks for your help!
